The basic ingredients of traditional Chinese vegetarian
cuisine are vegetable oils, wheat gluten, soya bean products,
bamboo shoots, mushrooms, edible fungi, seaweed,
vegetables, fresh and dried fruits, eggs and milk. The range of foods is more
