Yoshiko's Home Page

Introduction
W
elcome to my home page.
My name is Yoshiko Suda, and I am a Japanese. My home-town is Kanagawa, Japan. I had lived in three parts of Tokyo and Nagano since I graduated from high school, and now, I live in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Family
I
have parents and an older sister.
My father had retired, but he works two to three days per week still now. He likes ceramic art. I think he is a nice artist.
My mother is a housewife, and she likes to study the tea ceremony and make japanese typical dolls. She is clever with her hands.
My sister has two children and lives near my parents. She is a piano teacher, and her performance is very beautiful.
Hobbies
I
n Japan, I used to enjoy playing the piano, driving my car, watching baseball games, taking pictures, and listening to music, but now, I only enjoy listening to music because I do not have a piano or a car.
I like watching ballet, gymnastics, and martial arts also.
Brief history
I
am currently a student at English Language Institute(ELI), University of Utah, but several years ago, I graduated from the University of Electro-Communications(UEC) in Tokyo, Japan.
After that, I worked for a computer company as a systems engineer in Japan, and now, I took a leave of absence for a year and have been studying English from March 2001.
Future
I
would say I have three different hopes for my future.
- After I study English for a year, I will go back to my company and be a project manager.
- When my English improves enough to take some lectures, I will enter a university in the US and get a master's degree.
- I will get married to somebody and devote myself to child care.
