The Name of the Site
The URL
The Kind of Site: commercial, non-profit, personal, educational, government
The Site's Audience: men, women, children, teenagers, students, housewives, under 20, 30+ years old, etc.
Your Evaluation: Excellent | Good | Average | Fair | Poor
